  I found "Mother's Journal" at Walden Books.
  
  It has a place for you to write info about you, your dreams, first date with DH, wedding details and pictures/info for grandparents and siblings.

  I have one called Humble Bumbles Baby Journal.  It's by Amy Meyer Allen.  I found it at B&N.  There is a small family tree.  There are pages for pictures and with lines to write things down.  There are places for letters to baby from mom and dad.  It has an envelope for the hospital band and one for hair from first haircut.  I really like it.  I looked at a lot and was not happy with most of them.  It's cute but not overly sentimental--does that make sense?
