I am not happy to report that LO will stop crying when I do lunges while holding her. ?I hate exercise and this is her way of tricking me into doing it. ?I will have that tightest a$$ around...

    hahaha! the first few weeks henry was born he would only calm down if i was doing belly dancing hip movements. god i was sore!

    My pedi. recommended doing this.  He said he had three fussy daughters and it was the only thing that really helped.  It also helped DD.  I think they like the feeling of gravity hitting them.  Now that she's 13lbs it's become sort of a workout.

    LOL...My Little guy loves the lunges and squats, too!  Just think of the a$$es we'll have in a month or two!
