OMFG yes. LOVE carbonara! Did you use bacon or pancetta? We have mixed results with each (and love them both!)

bacon. I am not usually a huge fan of it, but right now it is really, really good!

Mine is out of a Williams Sonoma cookbook and the recipe isnt online. I know that Giada has one too though....I bet you could find it on foodtv.com. It is a really basic recipe so I am sure there arent a ton of variations.
