She's 8 weeks along and the way she describes the drinking and fighting makes it sound like it's been going on for a long time. I'd would leave that jerk.

Wow, and now I feel bad for being angry with my DH lately, for really stupid stuff. Her DH sounds like a total jerk. It almost sounds as if he didn't even want kids at all. I think I would be initiating a separation. If he didn't come to his senses, I would be one single momma. Poor girl.

That is sad. Especially sad that she didn't realize until she was pregnant that she married an a-hole. I feel bad for her and her baby. Not surprising that the divorce rate is so high. Some jerks just shouldn't marry.

I side-eye soo many husbands on 1st tri (here too, but 1st tri is baaad). I was told to "get off my high horse" the other day b/c I called some husbands jerks b/c they called their wives LAZY for being tired in the 1st tri!! Umm... what?! A bunch of them admitted to it! Am I on a high horse for thinking that is unacceptable???? !??$

I side eye the wives for sticking around those jerks. I REALLY side eye whoever told you to get off your high horse for saying those men are jerks. I guess some women like being abused (verbally or otherwise) or just turn a blind eye. Sad, sad.
