calls to "check up on us."

I find it so annoying to field these calls once or twice a week... why can't she call DH? I'm busy!

    i feel ya girl! My mil did this for kates first month and kept asking to come up and "help". She never helped..I had loads of laundry that needed to be folded on the couch and she always picked kate up out of her bed to hold her even though she was perfectly fine in her bed. its so annoying. thankfully we are past that. I hope she backs off a little for you soon!

    Mine texts me every single day to see how the baby and I are doing. It's great that she cares, but kind of annoying to answer the same question over and over every.single.day.

    We must have the same MIL! She always goes for the baby and I've been having to clean up after her and my FIL each time they come over to "help out"
