UGH, Mama Bargains disappointment!

So I ordered a Boujie Baby Couture Basilia Diaper bag from Mama Bargains mid December after seeing a post on here linking to the site and an adorable looking black python diaper bag for a sweet deal. 

well the bag I received was NOT the bag that they had pictured (I didn't open the box until Christmas because I wanted to be surprised...I was...)

:( Instead of the whole bag being the python material it was only trimmed in python and the rest was black nylon. Not a hideous bag but not what I wanted/thought I was ordering and they don't do returns :(:(:(

I am so bummed- I emailed customer service so we shall see if they care but I wanted to share the situation with you all since I know many people here use Mama Bargains and I wanted to urge you to proceed with caution! :)

    Oh that is disappointing! I thought about ordering that same bag from Mama Bargains. I hope they fix the problem for you!

    well...Gold star to them for a quick reply...

    However they feel I don't remember what I looked at and since I am the only person who has complained they don't intend to do anything to remedy it...

    I'm peeved

    Bummer - is it possible to sell it on ebay and maybe buy one you really love?
