7 week old nurses every 2 hours at night

Is it normal at this age to nurse this often and is there a way to stretch the times in between feedings?

    Henry still does too. Pedi. said he'll stop when he's ready.

    Normal and at 7 weeks your baby more than likely needs to. I think around 2.5-3 months DD started going one 4-5 hr stretch at night.

    All I have to say is, "OUCH!". I have to supplement so my LO 'can' go 4 1/2hrs at night..if she feels so inclined!

    Totally normal. DD nursed every two hours for the first 4 months of her life. Also, he may be going through a growth spurt, which I'm sure you've figured out by now means he'll stay attached to the breast.
