    YES!  I get really homesick.  We plan to move back to my hometown at some point.  We live very close to DH's parents now and that is very nice too.

    Yes. 25 miles is about perfect for us. Not close enough to just drop in, but close enough to do dinner and get together any time.

    I love that my family would have to cross oceans before being near me, but I do wish sometimes that we lived closer to DH's family. They are amazing.

    We're within 10 miles of all immediate family (parents and siblings, his and mine) and within an hour of almost all other family.  It's nice most of the time, and especially at holidays.

    :) My hometown is in North Carolina (LOL) but yes, I do very much miss my parents' villages too!

    Yes.  We live less than one mile from my parents house.  love it.  
    Not sure what direction we are headed. Either way, I am up for the ride.

    I would be SO IN. Hubs has family in Sweden and Italy.....

    My family and DH's are about 10 miles in each opposite direction. Everyone seems to really understand "boundaries"...so, for us, it is perfect! I would be sad if we lived any further! :)

    We are an hour away from both ILs and my family.  I drive up to see them at least 2x per week.  I WISH WISH WISH we lived closer.  As soon as it makes sense to sell our house, we will.

    We literally live 10ft from the IL's but they are terrific and I really enjoy it.  We live about 40 miles from my parents and its nice that we can get together at any time and its only a short drive but they aren't around every day.
