Milk Storage?

I just started pumping today and I was wondering how long breast milk is good in the fridge for?  I've heard different things and just wondered what you girls go by!  Thank you!

    I usually go by the 5-7 day rule.  Don't be alarmed if it looks disgusting-mine always separates and that freaked me out at first.

    It seperates for sure. I usually don't leave it in the fridge for more than 3 days though. If I'm freezing it then max 36 hours in the fridge before freezing.

    Yeah 5-7 is recommended, from what I know.

    Mine seperates too and looks like its bad. But I have left some in for 7 days and by day 6 and 7 it looks really bad, and starts to smell bad. So I usually dont go past the 5 days. I havn't started freezing any yet, so all of mine are refridgerated, thus far.

    I try not to go over 7 days.  But you can also transfer milk from the frige to freezer after 7 days and that is okay too.
