You may want to try the high risk board also. I think quite a few people there have it. Good Luck with everything.

Jeremiah 29:11-13
11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.
I'm actually being induced tomorrow. My Dr. wanted me to get to 37 weeks since I'm only mildly preeclamptic. My blood pressure had been up and down and my Dr. was mainly concerned with the lower number. It ranges between 80 and 100, but mostly the upper 80's low 90's. My protein levels had been trace to +1/+2. They would send me to L&D weekly for monitoring plus I had two fetal assessments every week. This all really kicked in right after Thanksgiving. I'm sorry this is very random and may seem like I'm rambling...my mind is going all over the place with nerves for my induction! I hope I was able to help some.
I was diagnosed with pre-e with #1 at 27 weeks...my bp was 201/105 when I was admitted and my 24 collection had tons of protein in it, my blood work sucked too. With STRICT bedrest, I was able to keep my bp around 130/80 some until 36 weeks and then at that point, it went to 145/90 and I was induced.

I was induced at exactly 36 weeks 5 days with #1 and she is perfect! She was 6lbs even and didn't need even a second in the NICU. Wishing you well!
I don't know if I have preeclampsia quite yet, but getting to ring in the new year with a lovely jug full of pee in the bathroom. BP was 154/92 this morning at the doctor and I have gained EIGHT pounds in nine days, mostly water. Have had a headache and blurred vision for a couple days too. So far labs are okay, so it may just be hypertension. Will see. MD said the goal is at least 36 weeks and 4 days if all goes worse. But I am sure things will be fine. Good luck with your diagnosis and Happy New Year.
I have to start my 24hr jug test tomorrow. Then I am bringing it in Sat morning for testing. My ob is on call this weekend so she said to wait a few hours and call the clinic and she will get the results. If it is positive, she is having me come in to be induced. My bp isn't that high, but I was normally below 100 and is now 127. At my dr visit this week, they found protein in my urine during 2 different samplings. Also I have been consistently gaining 1lb per week, now all the sudden 4lbs.
I was tested twice while I was pregnant (did the 24 hour urine collection twice). I had a +1 both times but they told me I just had pregnancy-induced hypertension. Anyways, I am the rare 10% that gets pre-e AFTER delivery... I ended up BACK in the hospital at 6 days post-partum with pulmonary edema... it was a MESS! The doctors didn't know what to do with me because they hadn't seen it before.... I am still recovering
Re: Anyone with Preeclampsia?
Good idea, thanks!
