cloth diaper for swimming

we are going swimming tonight and don't know what to put on ds for a diaper.  we have lots of covers can we just use one of those since we don't have time to get a cloth swimm diaper int he mail?  we have thirsties, bumis, and a few other random covers what do you use?

Told IVF is the only option and have not found a clinic that will take me.

    We use an unstuffed pocket in a pinch (like when I forget to pack the swim diaper for lessons which happens more times than not).  I usually strip my dipes if I've had to do that and haven't had any issues.
