That how long I need to hold out peeing so I'll have 4 hrs to concentrate it!

Oh, and I got a FRER and a CBE Digital... and some sparkling white grape juice lol

    So excited for you Natalie!!!!  You are going to be my last official "buddy" to graduate and move on to PgAL.  So that means it's my turn...there's nobdy left!  Ha ha - just kidding.  I will be waiting on pins and needles until you pee again!
