I swear I am a new woman. I am in a better mood, I've lost a couple pounds already and my sex drive is back!

Me= 37 and DH = 41
Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!
TTC#2: Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.
IVF #4: BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #5: MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN
IVF #6: (New RE): Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN
FET#1: BFN

Since being off BCP I've had worse periods but a way higher sex drive, so I guess it evens out. The other thing I find interesting is that my sex drive is really linked to where I am in my cycle, on bcp that never happened.
I'm right there with you. My cramps are a gazillion times worse, my flow is heavier and I have gained a good 20 lbs this year.

Same here I am never going on BCP ever again!! I suffer from horrible migraines and since I have been off the pill (since Nov) I have only had one mild migraine!! I was getting migraines 3-4 times per week. I have my sex drive back, DH has been complaining he can't keep up with me haha.
The only down side is my cramps are back to the severe pain they used to be before. But if thats the only down side I can deal with some cramping for a day versus migraines all the time!

Me too! i've only been off BCP for like three weeks, but my sex drive is wayyyy up! And I just feel better in general! I was super worried about my skin flaring up since my skin was the only reason I went on BCP when I was 15. My skin has been totally fine! It's great! I'm sorry to hear that some people are not having a good experience... but I guess it's better to be off of the hormones...
Who knows though, it could be bad soon considering I have no idea if my cycles will regulate themselves...

This is me too. Except I also don't get AF on my own or ovulate.
However, when I was first off last December, I felt AMAZING, and as MSC said, like a new woman. Like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. Not depressed anymore. I wish those feelings had stuck around!

Successful Cycle: 5/12/11 - 1000mg Metformin + 100mg Clomid(late response) + TI = BFP
