Found a Dr who will give me Lovenox!!

And I didn't even have to ask for it! I was SHOCKED. I saw the new RE today (my first choice RE due to a friend's recommendation) and although he was kinda weird and VERY fast, I think I'm going to stick with him because he had a plan all written out for me ahead of time and it includes Femara instead of Clomid, and then Lovenox once I'm pg again (along with a bunch of other stuff we've already been doing). I'm still shocked I didn't have to ask for the Lovenox, and that he didn't say no like the other 4 Dr's I've seen since my MTHFR diagnosis. He's not giving it to me for the MTHFR either, but simply because I've had more than one m/c. He said "it won't hurt (at the 30mg/day dose) and it might be just what you need, so I like to give it."
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!
Now if only this wasn't so flippin' expensive...
I do have one descent looking follie right now (don't know the measurement), and he was going to give me a progesterone shot to trigger a new cycle but I decided to wait. My cervix is super high and soft, and I have tons of EWCM right now so I want to wait a few days. I plan to start Prometrium by next week if my chart and OPK's don't indicate O.

Haha, BOTH! Actually the Lovenox may be covered if I get it specially approved by him, we'll just have to see. And if not maybe I can convince him to give me Heparin instead. But the IF procedures are what I was mostly talking about...it's going to be ~$600 for today's visit alone (20 minute consult and 3 minute u/s). And Femara is $160/month instead of $7 for clomid! Yikes! Oh well...it had better work FAST!! My insurance doesn't cover anything IF related...

Are you doing anything fun for tonight?? I asked DH about the fiesta block party.. his response "All it is is a bunch of people getting stoned and into fights. Plus, I dont want to walk a mile and a half from our car to the entrance" So I am gonna take that as a NO!

Hey! I'm hoping we'll just need one cycle too! I've heard great things about Femara, especially for PCOS patients (and not just on this board but from a couple of IRL friends too).
DH and I aren't the partying type at all, we'll just be spending the night at our best friend's house playing our Wii and hanging out around our portable fire "pit" (x-mas presents, yay!). It's becoming tradition to spend NYE with them, this is the 3rd year in a row...hehe.
Have fun shopping!! Pink or blue, I can't wait until I have a legitimate excuse to go shopping for cute baby stuff!! And enjoy your night with DH! :-)
