Why when you bite the inside of your cheek, you keep doing it?

UGH! I bit the inside of my cheek the other day and last night while eating dinner, I did it another 3 times. It hurt so so bad. I was at the point that I just quite eating....lol. Now I have a sore. :-(

    I do the same thing, I hate it! When I bite mine it gets swollen which makes it easier to bite again. Yuck!

    This happens to me every time I bite my cheek. It's seriously so annoying! I think the reason we keep doing it though is b/c it's swollen from the first bite so it's easier to keep biting it. If that makes sense. LOL
