    That would be Pepper!  She's my sweet little Pomeranian that I smother to death every day since I have nothing else to smother. :)

    I would love to smother her too.  Such a cutie!  I am dying for another dog right now.  I may have dog fever worse than baby fever right now since getting a dog is a lot more likely than getting a bfp at this point.

    I hear ya!  I really want another dog as well but my DH doesn't think its a good idea.  We already have two dogs (including his big, farting, belching mutt) and I think three would be too much.

    What is your cute doggies name?  What kind of dog is it?

    DH isn't too high on the idea either.  But I'm pretty sure that when the dog is already in the house he'll have a hard time sending it back...at least that's what I hope.

    Mickey is a beagle/whippet/??? mix.  The rescue told us lab was the other part, but he looks more shepherd to me.  He's only 30 lbs though so who knows.  I am pretty obsessed with him.  He's a cool dog.  He might be a little too hyper to deal with a second dog and he has some anxiety issues I think, but we'll see...

    I am going to play devil's advocate and say, "doooooo eettttttt!"  Bring home the dog.  Once he's see's how cute the dog is he won't make you give it back!

    That's sort of the plan.  If I don't get a bfp soon I'm going to start stalking petfinder.com daily.  At least I would get to keep both dogs in the divorce.

    I would have fought for her too.  I'm glad you kept her.  We also have 2 cats, I love them too, but pretty sure DH would get them.  Hopefully he falls in love with the dog though and we all live happily ever after.
