xp: favor ideas?
My mom is throwing my shower but I wanted to help her out with some small details since she'll be footing the bill for all of it. I told her I would find the favors since I'm more internet savvy than she is. I'm looking for some ideas for a favor that would be practical for guests to use for something, rather than just a novelty that they'll throw away as soon as they get home. Any suggestions would be great.thank you!

You can do cute cutouts that are little ducks, rattles, etc. I think you can even buy pre-made ones on Etsy.

I saw someone post (either on here or my local board) that they did a candy buffet. They bought glass jars and filled it with different kinds of candy (pink/blue/green/yellow) depending on what they were having. They supplied bags and the guests took what they wanted. I did this for our wedding and it was a HUGE hit. I am going to suggest it to my mom to do for my baby shower as well.
