It's one of those days....UGH if I have to play
candylane one more time I think I am going to go crazy. I love DD to pieces, but OMG she needs to play by herself for a little. Playing w/ her is fun and all but I can only take so much of playing babies, candylane, kitchen. Anyone else who has a DC that needs them to entertain them? If not how can I teach her to play by herself?

My dd can't play on her on very well either. I think it is because she is so used to having her brother to play with. When he is at school, she doesn't know what to do. She won't even set up her dollhouse furniture by herself. We are working on helping her be a little more independent. I love playing with her, but want her to be able to use her imagination and play herself too.
And I get what you mean with candyland...that game is soooo boring.
