I have no idea. But, after you put in the code and the giant pic shows up in your preview screen, you should be able to click on the pic and drag the corners to shrink it. That's what I do. Cause I'm lazy. lol

To keep the pic proportional you can always fill in the first box in dimensions and leave the second blank. It automatically resizes it. Generally I post pics between 300 and 400 wide.
