    I like it but I would like it better spelt Colt.  I'm not sure if you wanted it with a K to go with your last name, but I think it'll be spelled wrong a lot.  That's just my opinion though...

    We are doing it with a K because my name is Chelsea, DH is Chris and my step daughter is Jencey we didn't want her to feel left out if we used a C name.

    I am happy that you have decided on a name!  

    To be honest with you, I don't like it.  I think the repetition of the Ks is too cutesy for a boy, and since both the first and last names are one syllable it is very choppy.  I prefer Colten or Colton to help the name flow better.  But, if it makes you and your husband happy that is all that matters.
