Glucose test = sugar high for baby?

I had my glucose test done the other day (at 25 weeks). About half an hour after drinking the stuff baby started jumping. My baby seemed to be extra active that day- kicking more than usual and hasn't kicked so much, so intensely since. Is it possible baby had a bit of a sugar high? Has anyone else felt like this?

Most definitely. You're drinking straight glucose so baby was getting the same thing
