prepping BG fitteds?

Since they are bamboo, do I need to do anything extra to prep them? If so, can I do it with the hemp inserts I have? I would hate to wash just 6 diapers by themselves and already prepped all my prefolds. The rest of the CD's can just be washed once since they are microfiber.
