Here's my favorite by far and I think this is what we're going with for sure!! I'm not into pink (obviously) and I'm also not a "baby theme" type person. With that...
Cocalo is the BEST!! I'd originally chosen that Harlow bedding but changed my mind later and decided to go with my second choice which is their Daniella bedding which is equally gorgeous. But to your disdain, it's rose pink, chocolate and cream. Absolutely girl loveliness!!!

I've been eyeing that one for a while but what stumps me is the wall color. I don't want a cream colored wall, and i've seen it with yellow and I'm not a huge fan. Ugh!
Other ones I like that are non-pink...
I've seen this in person and it's actually very nice. It's less orange than it is rosy/red.
Also have seen this in person and it's amazing!
And I love this one, but with blue instead of green walls
Of course now I'm leaning away from non-pink and starting to consider some pink and greens (as long as the pink isn't gag-worthy). Agggh! I'm so indecisive
I don't really care for pink either but I ended up cave and we are going with (don't hate me) pink camo but it is hunting camo. if you go to cabelas.com and search realtree pink camo crib set you will find it. Sorry the link is not working when i post it. but we are planning on painting the was either a gray or light brown and the MIL will help paint a tree on the wall for us. but that is where I will be drawing the line on the pink.
I can't find a picture of it, but we're getting it from Ikea. it's white with the outline of orange hippos. It's so cute. But it's not one of these full sets because I don't really see a point in that. But our crib is also bright blue.

That's the hard part. I was thinking of doing black furniture and buying the bedding first. I'll then take a blanket to Home Depot to find a green paint that matches. I did this with DS bedding and it worked really well!!
I then plan to do green on the bottom and cream on the top with a white chair rail (or maybe a black paint stripe) in the middle. I want to find flourish letters with her name for over her crib and then above the other side of the crib I found this (that I am IN LOVE with!!!)

FANTASTIC ideas! You'll have to post pictures of how it all turns out. Did you see that they have a twin bedding set that matches the crib set too?
Where is that adorable red bedding from?? I love it! Is it gray or brown with it?? Thanks!!
Also from www.babysupermall.com. It's called "Graphite." The gray is dark and the red is like a rosy/reddish color, not orange like it appears in the picture. We saw it in person and really liked it a lot more than in the picture. Plus you have to check out the mobile, it's got little hedgehogs on it! I don't know why but I got a huge kick out of that.
I am having a girl and am totally anti pink too! The walls in our nursery are sage green and I want espresso colored furniture, so the perfect bedding for me was a mix of green, brown and white. I also didnt want anything that looked too "baby", because I wanted it trendy and "baby chic".
This is what I found, and I am in love with it, the "room photo" even shows a room with sage green walls!
I noticed that Babies R Us had a ton of bedding patterns that could be searched by gender, so after seeing pink EVERYTHING under "girl", I decided to check "gender neutral" and that's where I found this!
Re: Anti-pink mama's- PIP your girl bedding!
OMG...that's fantastic!
I love green. Not so fond of pink.
Although, I'm sure every outfit, toy, and freakin' diaper that we are given is going to have some pink on it.
What we went with . . .
DH wanted a theme, I did not, but he got his way. This was the only thing we could agree on after several other bedding sets were no longer available.
ETA: We have a normal looking crib.
THIS! I would love to find a site with bedding that isn't pink with butterflies!

This is what I really wanted for DD, but DH wasn't thrilled.

No baby or pink themes here either. If ours is a boy OR a girl - THIS will be the bedding:

We have a baby farm animal theme.
OK Here it is in green, but we'll do orange. Also this is our crib.

We haven't chosen our bedding yet but Serena and Lily has some pretty non-pink options out there...
I really like this one...
I love this set, but not sure if I"m having a girl, or if I"ll spend this kind of money... I won't be doing pink though.

Hope this helps!
I've already bought our bedding and I think it's cute for either a boy or a girl. It's alphabet themed.

I've also started collecting letters so I can do this on the wall:
