Thank you SO MUCH for the papaya & mango suggestions! I have a fresh papaya waiting to cut (needs to ripen for a day or so), papaya & pineapple enzymes from TJ's, mango juice, papaya juice, and some papaya in a jar. I've been using the enzymes and some of the juices throughout the day and I can already feel a difference. I haven't had to take an antacid yet today! I've had some small flare-ups but they go down in about a minute.
