You can get flag baloons from the dollar tree.
Other than that just being home will be enough
If he's anything like my husband, he doesn't care how anything is decorated !! I just made sure everything was cleaned and the house smelled delicious. I'm sure some goodies would go over well.
Congratulations, I know what an awesome feeling it is to have him home !!
