I put female factor only- but I also think we're kind of unexplained- as I only have mild stage 2 endo and everything else is perfect (hormones, ovulation, etc). So I suspect there's something else going on that we may find out if we journey to IVF.

I chose female factor as our only problem is my PCOS and a possible blocked tube.

I put female factor because my stupid PCOS is the only thing causing problems.

DH's swimmers have made their way up and in twice already. So I think they're OK. It's on my end we're pretty sure. But only time will tell if it was really the fibroids preventing pregnancy and c/ps.

I put unexplained because DH has a vericocele so his sperm isn't the best but according to RE in no way a reason for not getting pregnant naturally. My hormone levels drop significantly after ovulation but since they figured that out...again not a reason for not getting pregnant. Seems we can only get pregnant on fresh cycles - too. We did a frozen that failed.
