OWT- do you think belly size/shape determines gender?

in 2nd Trimester

I was at a friends house doing a playdate.  We were discussing this.  She is like a little ball in front, she is having a boy.  She said she was more so at the end with her older DS (which I am sure she will be this time too!).  She was guessing I am having a boy too since my belly is shaped similar to hers....  I look at pics from DD1 and I was so fat in comparision (gained all over).

What are your thoughts?

    I have seen enough pregnant bellies to know that belly shape =/= gender.  It has more to do with your size & shape and how baby is lying in your ute.

    I'm all belly & still tiny everywhere else but my best friend is carrying exactly like me & having a girl.  I think it's just another OWT, and all the owt's were wrong for me.

    I am carrying low and all in front like a basketball and everyone was telling me it was a boy.  Its a girl.
