since i am not going to be on here on Friday here is mine

There is a very nice bottle of Dom that a client gave our office. We were suppose to open it at the holiday party but everyone forgot about it and my lovely boss decided that if you didn;t go to the holiday party then you couldn;t participate in office gift exchange ( we always do it at the office then go to the party) well MH was really sick so I couldn;t go. Well I'm taking the bottle of Dom to drink tomorrow night.

    My hero, drink it in good health.

    And do me a favor cool the proper way.  Don't refrigerate it but bath it in half water half ice for 20 minutes before you drink it.  I went to the Dom "maison" in France and this is the way to cool down your bottle.

    I could do that. Maybe go get a bottle of Ballatore for tomorrow and save the Dom for you, me and Ruffles. sorry Amrice I know you will be drinking with your eyes only.
