I find it so boring, especially when faced with options like hot chocolate or coffee. I know I need to drink more, but not being pg, it's hard to force myself. *sigh* I need to do something....

I used to hate it because it's never cold enough from the spicket and I don't like drinking it with ice, but then I got a Brita pitcher that I keep in the fridge and now I like it!
Is it a taste thing or a temp thing... or another thing?

Taste, mostly. And the fact it isn't that smooth, silky feeling that the hot chocolate w/ milk is. Mmmm....

For me, it totally depends where I am. At home, I am spoiled and love drinking water because we have really good tap water. I grew up on pretty bad-tasting water and then moved and finally thought, ahah! This is what water is supposed to taste like! But now, most other places I go, it just doesn't taste the same.
I don't think most people realize how drastically the taste of tap water can change from one place to another. If you are lucky enough to live somewhere that the tap water comes from the mountains (mostly snowmelt), it's awesome. But anywhere with groundwater or most surface water is going to be yuck. Most bottled water doesn't even taste as good as my tap water (because they mostly use groundwater). The only exception I've found is SmartWater. I love that stuff. So yummy. I don't think I can ever move because I would be much less hydrated.
Re: Does anyone else not enjoy drinking water?
It depends. I go through phases.
But I LOVE water when I put Emergen-C in it.

I have to put a squeeze of lemon or splash of juice in mine. And it has to be SUPER cold.
Now, seltzer on the other hand, I will drink like it's going out of style. Mmmm ... bubbles.
