I froze the food in icecube trays over night, and now the cubes won't come out of the tray! no matter how hard I twist!

run hot water over the bottom of the tray and then give it one good whack on the kitchen counter.

I don't make baby food yet, but maybe you could place the entire tray in shallow water (not submerged) so it loosens a little bit. It works with ice cubes so give it a try.

Try dipping the bottom of the tray in a shallow pan of hot water for a minute.
