Well, I just got back from my appointment. Baby is fine - we heard the heartbeat. Looks like I have a subchorionic hemorrhage, or hematoma.
Dr's recommended treatment is to start progesterone twice a week. They also took my progesterone levels as a baseline, so we can track progress.
While this can become a serious problem, I'm very glad that the baby's ok.
Thanks for everyone's concern and support!
Re: Follow-up: Going in for Spotting
T&P! So glad LO is ok. We had a SCH during 1st tri and it's so scary. To this day, I check the toilet paper every time I wipe (sorry for the TMI). Just remember that you will continue to bleed for a long long time after you're clear and safe. As long as the blood is brown and old, you're OK. I'm not saying that to discourage you, but just to warn you. I got really really depressed when I cleared up for a few days then started to spot again, but it was brown so the OBs said everything was fine. It still scared me.

Great news about the LO! The hematoma sucks (I have a big one as well). The Dr. should be monitoring that more U/S's.
