    I can't send them (see pp for why) however I will say that the tip for sending it to the district office to avoid 'security delays" is a very bad idea written by someone who has obviously never worked in a district office.  We aren't set up to handle that type of mail.  The people who respond/tally/inform the boss about legislative issues arent' here.  District office = casework and take care of the boss when he's in the district.  Everything else is in DC.  You send your letter here we will sit on it for a month and send it up in a giant paper box to DC with the "monthly mail pack" where it will STILL have to go through the security systems.  And don't send faxes to DC. The darn thing gets jammed and then it doesn't print correctly and it's a huge mess.
