Where my girls at??

My boss has seriously been making me earnmy paycheck today!

DH and I are arguing about NYE right now. He wants to go out and party and Im trying to make him see the logical side of my day tomorrow.

My mom has surgery at 7 am, and I have to leave my house at 5 am.

I will sit on pins and needles and pray that she doesnt have grand mal seizures like she usually does when she goes under.. Then I get to take her home and take care of her because her husband is useless.

I already know I dont want to go out tomorrow night.

    I am here, waiting for the boss lady to bring us back our lunches. She went to some tavern so I am iffy about it.

    I completely understand why you wouldn't want to go out. I am sorry you're mom is having surgery but I hope all goes well.

    What's up with your stepdad being incompetent? That sucks. I'm sorry that you have to take care of her.

    Skip going out. NYE is so overrated. I'm over it.

    I feel you, though. I wouldn't want to go out after a day like that either.

    It sounds like the last thing that you're going to feel like doing tomorrow night is whooping it up.  I do hope the day goes smoothly and your mom has a speedy recovery.  Take care of yourself.  DH needs to get hit in the head with a sensitivity stick.

    CHW, I'm sorry that tomorrow is going to be so stressful. T&P for Momma CHW, and I'm with you.. a relaxing NYE at home will definitely be in order.

    My mom has epilepsy, so seizures coming off anesthesia is pretty common for her. It just sucks.

    She is having surgery on her wrist where they are removing part of the tendon. My stepfather says and I quote "its no worse than getting a mole removed. She doesnt need care".

    Yeah. Ok, thats fine. I'll just take care of her like I always do. Not like he would know what to do anyways.
