something that looks more like a baby on an ultrasound. I had 7 week one on Mon and it looked like a blob.

    My 7 week one looked like a blob too, well a blob with a 'head'... really, it just looked like 2 blobs that were connected. The next one I had wasn't till 18 weeks, so I'm really no help. I think that there have beena few girls who said by week 10 it was clearly a baby.

    We had a blob w/ arm buds at 8 weeks and by the NT scan at just 12 it was definitely a baby! Have fun!!

    I had u/s at 6, 7, 9 and 12 weeks, and there was a huge difference between the 9 and 12 week images. By 12w they definitely look human. :)

    I had one at 8w and it looked like a blob, and at 8w4d it looked like much more like a baby (it had an alien head, but still cute).

    I would say 12 weeks.

    I had weekly u/s until 13 weeks....I think it was somewhere around 10-11 weeks for me.

    Our 12 week definitely looked like a baby, see siggy. 

    Even at 10 weeks though, you could make out arms and legs:

    At our 12 week ultrasound it definately started to look like a baby and by 16 weeks it looked like a full blown baby. It is so crazy to see them develope from a blob the size of a seed to a little person.

    My u/s at 10 weeks looked much more like a baby..... but it was half head half body which is kinda funny looking but you could totally see baby body, arms, legs, feet, etc!

    8w it looks like a gummy bear, with arms and legs

    9w it starts to look more human, with an identifiable head and bottom

    10w you can really start to see things

    My next scan was at 18w :)

    at our 9.5w u/s our bean looked kind of like a possum.  youc ould see a head and some limbs, but it definitely didn't look human yet but at our last u/s at 11.5 weeks it was definitely looking like a baby.

    My 8 week one looked like a blob, but at 11wks it looked like a baby.  Going tomorrow morning for another one, yipee!

    The pic in my siggy is a little over 11w :)  I thought it looked like a baby at that one.  Cause we had one at 7w and it was just a little blob.

    My 7 wk u/s looked like a tadpole, my 9 wk one had head, body, arms and legs.  The u/s tech described it as a teddy graham picture.

    12 weeks definitely. At 10 weeks it looked similar to a baby... like a blog with a head and arm and leg buds.
