Do you ever wonder about nesties you used to be friends with?

When we first started TTC, I spent most of my time on BOTB. There were a couple of girls who started TTC around the same time as me. I know that a couple of them had babies, but I don't know about some of them.
And then there are girls who used to be on here or TTTC quite a bit, but who aren't anymore. I wonder what happened to them too.

i wonder about this too. i think some people just move on, in the sense that they got the support that they needed and are able to move on (or for some it's too painful to be around those that have gotten pregnant while they have not been able). it could also be work/family related and they just don't have time. there are so many scenarios. it would be nice though if some that have gone checked in once in a while. i still would like to know what is going on in their lives.
on that note, i wonder for myself how long i will be on the boards. is this a lifelong thing? a few years? once i'm done TTC? who knows.
just this morning I found an email from my labor buddy (avbvm) and I wondered where she's been.
do you guys remember her?

gymrat- she was always on the breast feeding board, we both exclusively pumped
janimal- she is on the baby month boards quite often, or at least 6-12 a couple months back
After a loss at 13wks and years dealing with IF and failed treatments (3 failed IUI and 1 failed IVF), we have been blessed with DS (surprise BFP) and now his little sister (2nd round of clomid and TI) on her way.
I remember her. She has a little girl named Lola I believe.

Gymrat lost her dad a while back to cancer, lung, I believe. I have not seen her since.
I miss WVAgirl.... her piks were cute and Eli and Ava were the same age.

I've seen gymrat on preemies once in a while.
Last I saw from Janimal (on the 6-12 board) was that she was being stalked by an ex-boyfriend and was going to take a break and/or possibly change her screen name. I don't know what happened after that, though.
I miss Janimal and WVAGirl. I also wish like hell that Rose (Lovemymonkey) was here. I do see Gymrat on my other board.
I like that a lot of the girls from when I was TTTC are still here on the SAIF board. I have to say that I lurk a lot but almost never post. I don't know why that is except there is always some catastrophe or another (hair pulling, whining, climbing on the furniture...) going on.
Gymrat is on my private mulitples board so I see/chat her daily. She did just lose her dad a couple months ago so she's been busy with all that. But other than that, the babes are doing fabulous! Loree... you posted! I was going to say we still 'chat' on FB so I knew you were alive and well with those pretty little ladies!

There are quite a few of the oldtimers still on the private multiple board now so I still get to chat them there. Hell.. I am not here very much either so I shouldn't talk! I was wondering about wvagirl... and jpw2006.. I believe was her screen name.. Jill is her first name.

My friend stalks her blog. I knew she was pregnant with twins, but that was the last I heard.
JPW2006 just had her twin boys in July.....she and I email frequently (we went to the same clinic), but she has been uber busy since they came, and I haven't talked to her as much. Luke and Harry are doing great and Jill is over the moon with them!
TTC #1 since June 2006. Unexplained.
IUI#1: 50 mg of Clomid = BFN.
IUI #2: 50 mg of clomid trigger = BFN

Not that anyone has said this, but I don't feel resentment when people leave b/c I just assume that life circumstances have taken them away. Or perhaps it was a choice. I sometimes think of leaving simply b/c I feel I spend too much time on here that I should be devoting to "real life." It does surprise me to learn that some spend their time on other boards, but only b/c this is my favorite board and it's so inclusive and kind, that I can't imagine another board being more appealing!
LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).
Life is beautiful!
I was actually thinking of all of these girls lately too! I miss them!
Remember her. She was on bedrest for quite a while. She is one of my FB friends. Her daughter is beautiful and she seems busy, busy, busy (mom that is) Every once in a while she will pop on here
