  the pic has to be online somewhere (facebook, photobucket, tinypic...) and then you make the URL to the pic a "tinyurl" at www.tinyurl.com and then put that into this code: <img src="https://yourtinyurl.com/here" width=300>

  and then put that code in your sig box (where you put your ticker codes.)
