Prepping BG's

I've been wanting to ask this all morning but the kid has been screaming his head off... he's finally asleep in the moby.

How do I go about prepping my new BGs and inserts?  TIA.

    Are these the 3.0 pockets with MF inserts?  If so, they don't need to be prepped.  Just wash them once to get the travel goo off and you're good to go!  Prepping is only for natural fibers because they you need to rid them of the natural oils that hinder absorbency.
