Anyone w/ baby bargains handy?

I need to know how the Graco Quattro Tour Deluxe travel system is rated? They have them on clearance at BRU for nearly $110 dollars off. Depending on how they are rated, I may pick one up after work....Thanks!

  • I can't find that model specifically but they do rate the graco seats and travel system highly. I say go for it!

  • Right here next to me! I havent gotten that far in my reading yet, so if I see it correctly, they rated all the Graco strollers a B...specifically saying as their bottom line "Graco strollers are designed for the mall or other light duty shopping trips. Dont expect these strollers to do well in urban environments with cracked sidewalks. Stick with Graco's lightest models and set your expectations accordingly."

    HTH!

  • I have the 2007 version, not sure if it's the most recent one or not.  The rating for Graco is B-.  It says the Quattro is a tank like stroller that weighs nearly 30 lbs. empty.  Says that Graco throws just about everything into the model.  At the end of the review it says to stick to a lighter weight model and you'll be happier but it does say that there's never been a Graco stroller recall.  HTH!

  • Brand rating is B.  This is what they say about the Quattro  "A Hummer like stroller that weighs 26+lbs. empty.  The Quattro comes in two versions: Deluxe and Sport.  Both feature a one-hand gravity fold, fully reclining seat, and large parent storage tray that holds two drinks.  The Quattro is available as a stand-alone stroller(Deluxe $140-160) or as part of a travel system ($240-$260)."   Hope this helps!
