It also depends on the weight. Our Pediatrician recommended .6 for LO since he was over 12lbs at his 2 month appointment. I'd call your Pedi and ask them.
I would call your doc. We went to our two month apt. Monday and LO weighed 12.2 and as a result, the doc instructed us to give her .6 of tylenol. We were told not to give her tylenol until she was weighed at the appointment which took place before the shots. Everything worked out fine and LO slept a great deal that night! Good luck!!!

12 pounds = 5.5 kilos which is how all pediatric doses are dosed.
tylenol dose is 15mg per kilo which is 15 x 5.5 =82mg
That is the 0.8 on the dropper.
