Follow up to 40+ week appt. today

in 3rd Trimester
So I went and saw my midwife, I have made some progress...last week 3cm 75% effaced, this week 4cm 80% effaced.  I have been having contractions on and off all day long, but as usual nothing is sticking.  So we scheduled our induction for next Tuesday the 5th in case he doesn't make an appearance sooner....so at least there is an end in sight.

    At least you have had some progress and are contracting. At mine on monday I had no progress and no action to report. I'm sure yours will come on his own, good luck and labor dust!

    I am sorry you haven't had any progress yet, but as my midwife pointed out...there are plenty of people with no progress going into labor on their own and plenty like me that still have to be induced.  Lets hope your LO comes on their own too!
