Face rash? Eczema? what can i use? HELP!

My baby's face including her ears are very dry, it looks like she has a rash on her face and it feels rough..i think she is itchy as well because she rubs her face on my arms when im cradle holding her...poor thing...so im not sure if its eczema or something else...can i use any over the counter?ointments/lotion? what do you?recommend??

    Aquaphor usually works wonders for that kind of thing (diaper rash, too, BTW). Hope it helps! :)

    Is it yellow and kind of scaly, especially around her ears/eyebrows? My LO had this and apparently it's cradle cap- the pedi said to use dandruff shampoo on it. He has red bumps all over his face and chest, but apparently that's just baby acne, and the pedi told us not to use anything on those parts... just water. No lotion or soap.

    Not sure about the eczema- I've heard good things about Baby Aveeno and Aquaphor

    My doc said we could use cortisone on DS if it got bad, but to use lotion daily to help it. You should ask your pedi what strength cortisone is safe to use on your LO, either .5% or 1 %.

    Talk to your doctor. My son has eczema and he started off with Aveeno eczema care but now he is on hydrocortisone.

    DS has eczema and the only thing that clears it is cortisone cream. If he doesn't have a breakout we use either Aveeno lotion or Gentle Naturals eczema lotion. Haven't found anything that totally prevents breakouts yet.

    this, dd's cheeks were really dry, I started to use aquophor and it's gone away for the most part!
