Help with PM's????

Hi! ?I cannot figure out how to use the PM feature. ?I read that when someone send you a message you get an e-mail. ?Can you access the PM from the e-mail? ?Also, I went to my account to make sure my e-mail was correct and I can't even find where to enter it....I initially set up my account ages ago on the Knot. ?

    Hey C!

    The Bump has been having A TON of problems with their PM feature and the only "fix" for now is to go to "Check Private Messages" (left-hand side of this screen, near the bottom) and to the RIGHT of the PM you want to reply to, you will want to click on a greyed out "Quick Reply" option, next to "Report".

    Let me know if this doesn't work!  :)

     

    And yes, the Bump is supposed to alert you via email when you get a PM however there is a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG delay and most times, I never even get that alert so, I wouldn't rely on that at this moment.  They are working on it, though!  :)

    To see the email you have set up with The Bump go to:

    "My Account" (upper right-hand corner of this page!)

    You will see your name, email addy, and any personal info you've provided The Bump.
