The reason I'm doing this poll is a friend of mine whose house I was at yesterday and I were talking and I said that sometimes DS pees through his diaper at night and she told me it was time to move up a size. But the problem is the tabs on the front of the diaper touch each other so the 3's are as tight as they can be so I dont see how a bigger size will fit. I'm debating getting some of the overnite diapers but if he isn't having any other issues with diapers do i need to go up a size?
There were overlapping sizes on the box [one would go up to 18 lbs but the next would start at 16lbs, etc]. We generally had to move up a size when she hit the beginning of the next size, not the end of the last size, if that makes sense.

DS is in size 4 Pampers Baby Dry & has been in them for about 2 months. He was 23lbs at his 9 month check-up.
I know Jack has a tiny waistline. Maybe buy a small pack of 4s and see how he does. We used the size 4 Pampers at night for a while a few months back, but he still wore size 3 store brands during the day. I also tried Overnights but they are more expensive so Pampers (in the bigger size) worked better for us.
Re: poll: diaper sizes
we're still in size 3s and he weighs 21 lbs.
What size Diaper does DC wear?
DS wears size 3's
How much does DC weigh?
DS weighs about 19 lb 4 oz.

Holly is 20 lbs and in a size 3.
Like on Jack, the tabs still touch/overlap on Holly. I'd probably try the overnites, I think a 4 might swallow him! :-)
This.
Brooks - 35 pounds, size 5.
Caroline - 20 pounds, switching to size 4 as soon as this box runs out.
***Baby #3: BFP Mother
She's probably around 17 pounds.
Size 2
What Size Diaper does DC wear? 4
How much does DC weigh? 28 lbs
ETA: Liam's tabs have always touched, on every size. It's never been a problem for moving up to the next size for us.
Size 4, 23 lbs
We use overnight diapers at night-only thing we've found to stop the pee leaking through (we've done bigger sizes before).
