  • I don't eat meat, but my DH loves when I take a frozen chicken breast- thaw it, put bbq sauce on it and bake in oven @ 350 for around 20-30 min (I cut into it to see if it is about done). Then I add Colby Jack cheese to the top of it and some french's fried onions and put back in oven til they look crispy and brown. It is an easy meal I make for him when I don't feel like being in the kitchen long. My friend says she does the same thing but with salsa instead of bbq sauce and no onions!

  • I'm not kitchen savvy at all but DH and I both really liked this recipe.

It took me a total of about 30 minutes to make too so not only is it easy, it's fast.

Can't wait to make it again next week.

  • I have a really good one...Dh and I call it chicken stuff..it's kinda like chicken fettucine alfredo...Take mushrooms (just the regular size, you can get pre-cut or cut your self), about a spoonful of garlic (i use the stuff in the jar already pre-diced) and half a stick of butter and saute them all up..add two chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces..like alot of chicken add three breasts..green onions diced pretty small..Normally half a bag works, but dh really likes them so we end up using most of the bag..cook until chicken is brown...while that is simmering take the smallest thing of heavy whipping cream you can buy (it's like half a cup or 3/4 cup not sure the amount bcuz I always grab the small one and use the whole thing) pour into a bowl and add 1/3 cup parmesan cheese..the last couple of times I have used the 3 cheese mix that they started selling..it is really good..once chicken is cooked add the heavy whipping cream mix and stir..let it simmer for a few minutes, stirring every once in a while..It doesn't take long for the chicken to absorb the flavor..you can serve over fettucine, angel hair, linguine..whatever your preference..it sounds kinda complicated but super easy..good luck
  • This is my go-to chili recipe.  I'll make it and we'll eat it for the next couple of days.  I've even mixed it with a dab of sour cream, cheese and noodles to extend it longer.  Instead of only using a quarter pound of bacon, sometimes I'll use a whole pound if I'm feeling crazy.

  • Have a crock pot?  If you do, you can make some awesome meals with it!  Put boneless skinless chicken breasts in a crock pot and add some italian dressing.  Cook on low for 8 hours or more.  That's it!  Makes a super yummy chicken dish and you can add whatever sides you like.  You can also try it with BBQ sauce or pretty much any other sauce you like.
