cary/apex nanny share or recs ?

I'm having to rethink our daycare situation again because of my husband's schedule and need someone 1-2 days per week with some flexibility. I'd prefer someone in our home or with 1-2 other children max in someone else's home close by. Does anyone have any recommendations from their own providers, friends or networks? I'm hesitant to pay the $$ for a nanny finder service at this point, since we're looking for part time only... thanks for any info!     Definitely post on Craigslist. My BFF is a nanny and she found her current job through there. You have to be careful and do your research, but I think that's true of anything. GL!
