Night 2 in big boy bed

Night 2 of big boy bed went ok, but I woke up at 6 because the dogs were growling.  They heard something in the kitchen.  It was Eli!  He must have heard my alarm at 5:45, which I hit snooze of course, and was in the kitchen looking for his milk sippy.  I think tonight we'll have to use a baby gate in the hallway.

    That is great that things are going so well.  I would love it if mine would sleep in a big boy bed

    Good job Eli!

    You are braver than I am Fen is still in the crib and will stay there til he either outgrows it or learns how to climb out.  I will say that this coming weekend we are moving the computer desk and rocking chair out of his room in preparation.

    I would be all for keeping him in his crib until he was 10 if I could!  He decided that he likes to get out of his crib and I don't want him to fall.  His new bed is higher than I would like but I didn't want to put it on the floor.

    I know the day is coming where Reed will get out of his crib too.  Our crib is from IKEA and one side comes off to make a toddler bed. 

    I am glad the transition is going well!
