Merry Christmas - my husband is awesome

I have long been hinting to G that if we ever get pregnant and have a baby that I want him to buy me the Chanel pearl necklace.

He has always said that he wants his very own diaper bag, a real manly one with a camoflauge pattern.

When we got our positive pregnancy test a month ago I bought him one online to give to him on Christmas morning.  When we had the miscarriage, I just put it away and thought I would just keep it for another time.  I changed my mind at the last minute and wrote him a card that told him how special he is and what a great father he is going to be and that this gift is not a reminder of what should have been, but a promise of what will happen. 

He handed me a wrapped package and said "I love you just the same", and sure enough there were the pearls.  So perfect!!!!!!!!!
