    It really didn't even occur to me to do that.  But we did moved up to level 2 flow last month, so I guess that counts.

    we moved to medium flow at three months...so I guess I didn't worry about it.

    It didn't occur to me to change them, and DD still does best with slow nipples so I'm using the originals I've been using.
