Ugh. He has the flu and he is making sure we are both suffering. He has had chills and has been running a fever since this morning. He felt it coming on last night and it has just gotten worse and worse.
He took a Tylenol PM and slept a little this afternoon while I was at my OB appointment. He just took another one and will HOPEFULLY sleep a little tonight.
Meanwhile, I will have to sleep on the couch tonight. Luckily, I am not feeling sick at all *knock on wood*. No progress at my appointment today either. Still fine by me.
I know he doesn't feel well, but he is driving me crazy. Moaning and groaning. Men are such babies. I am trying to get him what he needs without being around him too much. He really needs to understand that I cannot get sick. I am so scared I am going to end up sick and that will not be good for myself or the baby.
Thanks for letting me vent. Sorry if I sounded like a b*tch. I just read over what I wrote and I don't sound very sympathetic.
Re: sick DH (and I am miserable)
I know what you mean. Mine is the same way when he's sick. Thankfully he hasn't been sick the whole time I've been pregnant. ::knock on wood::
Sorry you have to sleep on the couch, but it'll be worth it I'm sure. You don't want to be sick and laboring at the same time...

OMG that sucks! You do not sound like b*tch at all - men are total babies! My DH is the same way!!
Do you have family close by who you could stay with? I am terrible sleeper and there's no way I could even sleep on a couch now, let alone when I'm as far along as you are!
Good luck and stay well!
The world stops turning with my DH is sick. He becomes one more baby to nurse. Thankfully he doesn't get sick too often
I hope your DH gets better quickly! Lysol and hand sanitzer are your best friends.
Not much longer for you....can't wait to see you on the other side, girl!
