I'm asking because I'm looking into a nursery school (for 2 y/o, 2 hours twice a week) & they state that the kids have to be in the process of being potty trained
We started letting the girls go pee on a little potty back in July but that got put on hold for a loooong car trip. The girls are working on it still- we're not doing anything hard core. We ask if they want to go peepee on the potty when they get up, then before their nap, when they wake up a little before dinner... sometimes they want to, sometimes they don't. Anytime do they want to, they always pee. I tried making them sit every 20 mins or so and they just got mad and frustrated so I chilled out. They're doing a really great job letting us know now when they want to go peepee.
Re: when did you start potty training?

We introduced potty training before the girls turned two but they didn't have much interest. We started it back up when they turned 2 and a half.
I would buy a little potty and just start with them sitting on it.
